This programme helps young people improve their workforce skills and gain sustainable employment. It is specifically designed for unemployed 16-25 year olds who require the qualifications, experience and personal confidence to enter the labour market.
Get That Job is made up of six sessions but the duration of project and length of sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of the participants. The purpose of the programme is to help prepare young people for the world of work, by providing them with job search skills, careers advice and information on various enterprise and employment support agencies available and the help they can offer.
